When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from Maharashtra . Time in Transit is on top of that.

If there is an unexpected delay to occur. We will inform the respective customers regarding the delay.

We print orders every morning at 7 am IST. Therefore, if you place an order at 7 am. on a Tuesday, for example, it will be considered a “Wednesday” order.

We are closed on the weekends, so if you order after 7 am IST on Friday, your order will print on the following Monday and will be considered a “Monday” order.

The moment your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. We often get emails or texts from people asking “where is my order”? The order already shipped and the tracking was sent out but because people often have multiple email addresses, they don’t see the info. If you are wondering why you haven’t received an email yet, please check your “other” email account, or login to our site where the info is updated.

Shipping companies are having a hard time these days and sometimes the shipment is delayed through no fault of our own. Please be aware that we are using courier companies for shipping and we cannot control their delays.

Wrong / Missing / Damaged Items

Customers have 2 days to raise their concern regarding wrong, missing, and/or damaged items. This time period begins when the package is first scanned as “delivered” by the shipping service.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

For any damaged products, it would help us to resolve the issue more quickly if you could take pictures of the damaged products and send them over to us .Our staffs will look into the issue and an appropriate action will be taken.

MISSING PRODUCTS

If you think one or more products in your order is/are wrong or missing, please contact us immediately.

AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY IN CASES OF WRONG/ MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

LOST PACKAGE

If your order is lost during transit, do not panic at all. We use courier services that assure safety the parcel. If your item is marked as “lost” by the courier service. We will immediately ship out a new parcel free of cost.

Can i add any items in my order if I’ve already placed the order?

Absolutely. But it can only be added if your order is not shipped out. Once it’s shipped out. Its not in our hands to edit your order.
