We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly. All orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 days of placement. In exceptional cases your order might be shipped a little late and the respective customer will be contacted regarding the delay. However delivery times may vary and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third party carries. Urgent orders are accepted as well and shipping will be charged accordingly , do contact us to place your order if needed urgently.

Damaged Products:

We do not issue refunds for products damaged during shipping or due to customer mishandling. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider refunds upon thorough examination of the circumstances.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed only in exceptional situations, and a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. Claims must be reported within 20-24 hours from the date of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a written notice in the event of a lost parcel. If there is any delay in delivery and a notice is not provided, the delivery date given by the delivery service will be used for further investigation

Once the investigation is done if applied refund process will be completed in 24hrs.

No Returns After Delivery:

Missing or Lost Products:

In cases of missing or lost products, customers are required to provide opening videos of the parcel and any relevant proofs. After a thorough review and verification, legitimate cases will be addressed, and the missing items will be shipped when available.
